and in 2007, Resul decided to take his own path.Our premises include a spacious warehouse and modern amenities such as a temperature-controlled cell, a cutting room, a fully equipped butcher shop, and a dedicated dry-aging chamber. These facilities allow us to process, mature, and store our products under optimal conditions—always with maximum attention to quality, food safety, and craftsmanship.
